We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $10.90 for all orders. Express shipping is available for $15.

At this stage, we only ship products within Australia. Stay tuned for further updates.

Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. During promotional periods or on public holidays, orders may be delayed.

All of our packages are sent through our shipping partner Sendle and once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Orders with standard shipping will take approximately 2 - 5 business days to arrive at your location once dispatched from Victorian Dermal Solutions.

Orders with express shipping will take approximately 1 - 2 business days to arrive at your location once dispatched from Victorian Dermal Solutions.

Once orders are submitted, they are processed in our system very quickly.

If you notice an issue, please try to email us at elysse@vicdermalsolutions.com.au as soon as possible. Please include in the subject line what you need i.e. URGENT – ADDRESS CHANGE.

We will do our best to try to update your address, but cannot make any guarantees as the order may have already been processed by our system and dispatched.

Yes you can pick up your orders at your next appointment or you can contact Elysse at elysse@vicdermalsolutions.com.au to arrange an alternative time.

Please ensure you bring a valid ID when picking up your products.

Victorian Dermal Solutions does not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene reasons and as everyone’s skin is different, results may vary. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchase and we would be happy to help you find the best product for skin.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send a photo within 7 days of your purchase and we will be in contact to let you know if you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions accordingly.
